- FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Amid the flowers inside the Chief David Salmon Tribal Hall in Fairbanks included two cross-shaped floral arrangements. One was multicolored, labeled "Brother" and the other awash with pink lilies was tagged "Sister." The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner says Monday's dual funeral service was for 58-year-old Ellen Florence Juneby Rada, and her 71-year-old brother, Isaac Juneby. Rada died Sunday in Anchorage from injuries suffered in an assault June 28 at a Fairbanks homeless camp. Isaac died July 1 in a car accident in Anchorage, where he had traveled to hold vigil by his sister's bedside. More than 500 people filled the hall on Monday to pay their respects.
