- ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Anchorage police say a 15-year-old girl was wounded when someone fired gunshots at a home while she was sleeping. Police say someone called 911 about 2:45 a.m. Saturday to report multiple shots had been fired at the east Anchorage home. The Anchorage Daily News says the girl was struck once in the leg. Medics transported her to a hospital. Police say they are looking for a suspect or suspects believed to have been driving a white SUV.
