- ANCHORAGE, Alaska - One person was injured and taken to the hospital after fire broke out at a condo complex in Anchorage.

The Anchorage Fire Department was called to the east Anchorage condo complex Saturday night. A fire dispatcher says about 10 or 11 units responded to the scene to fight the fire at the 8-plex condo complex. Firefighters say the bottom units of the building were heavily damaged and there was smoke damage throughout the building.
